Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to your purchases, and your use of, the websites www.stigatabletennis.com and www.stigagames.com. The terms constitute an agreement between you and STIGA Sports AB, Org. No. 556448-8178, Box 642, SE-631 08 Eskilstuna Sweden (hereinafter "STIGA Sports" or "we"). By making a purchase and using this website, you agree to the following terms. We, therefore, ask you to read the terms and conditions carefully before using our site.


Orders

Your order constitutes a request to purchase a specific product (s) from STIGA Sports. When you place your order, you will receive an e-mail in which STIGA Sports confirms receipt of your order. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to STIGA Sports approval and subject to availability. STIGA Sports will send an e-mail confirming that the product has been sent to you (Delivery Information). The agreement between you and STIGA Sports is concluded when STIGA Sports sends the Delivery Information.

Orders can only be made by persons 18 years of age or older who are not under guardianship. Orders made in someone else's name without their consent will be notified to the police. The same applies to any orders where STIGA Sports suspects crimes. STIGA Sports reserves the right to change or correct prices on orders received. If a given price for a product is incorrect, STIGA Sports may cancel the purchase, and if the customer has paid for the product, STIGA Sports will refund the money to the customer.

STIGA Sports has no liability in case products are sold out, any price errors, stock differences, technical issues, specifications changes and any typographical errors on our site.

Prices and Taxes

All prices shown on the STIGA Sports website are listed including VAT. Prices are exclusive of shipping and payment charges.

Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that STIGA Sports has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, STIGA Sports cannot predict their amount. STIGA Sports advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.

Payment methods

Payment and credit cards

We accept payment and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. No additional card fee is added. Our credit card payments are handled by our payment partner Klarna.

Invoice 14-days with Klarna (Depending on shipping destination).

When we ship your order, you will receive an invoice for your e-mail address. The invoice has a payment period of 14 days, and no invoice fee is charged. If you have any questions regarding your invoice, please contact Klarna at 08-120 120 10.

Delivery

We currently deliver to the following countries:

Aland,  Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Vatican City. 


Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages will be subject to an unclaimed parcel fee of 30 EUR. The fee corresponds to the costs accrued from shipping and return of the parcel. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Returns

From the receipt of your order, your withdrawal is valid for 14 days. You are entitled to return individual items or the entire order if you would not be satisfied. Please note that the item or order including its original packaging must be returned to us in a marketable condition. You are the customer who is responsible for returning the right of withdrawal of a right of withdrawal. Also, note that you as a customer have the financial responsibility for returning to us.

Exchanges

When making an exchange, add a new order of the desired size/product. This reduces the risk that the product will be sold out and you will also receive your new product significantly faster. The order to be exchanged will be returned by our return terms, which you can read here. The amount of the returned order is refunded when the return is received and finalized.

Complaints

Should you receive wrong product or a defective product, please contact our customer service before returning the goods, via webshop@stigasports.se.

How to make a return

1. Please fill out the return form (can be downloaded here) and put it together with the original packaging in a durable package.

2. Enter the following address on the package:

3. Place the correct postage on the shipment and submit it to a package delivery company. Save your receipt until we have registered your return.


Refund

We will process your return immediately upon arrival at our headquarters. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your exchange or return. Refunds will be made within ten days of receipt of your return.

Credit Card Payment - You will be refunded to the same card as your purchase was made. It usually takes 2-3 banking days before you get the money back on your account.

Invoice Payment - You are credited for the items you return. A new invoice will be sent to you by email. For questions regarding your invoice, contact Klarna 08-120 120 10.


Warranty

STIGA Sports sells all products with 3 years' right of complaint according to the Consumer Buying Act. The product warranty covers only original manufacturing errors, i.e. errors found in the product upon delivery. Manufacturing errors must be noted by STIGA Sports, after which the customer receives free repair or new product. Product Warranty does not apply when STIGA Sports cannot find any product malfunction or when the customer has caused the damage itself. Product Warranty does not apply to handling errors, malfunctions or errors that occur at or after your own change in the product's function and appearances, such as rebuilding, upgrading, or other configuration of the product. The customer's invoice or receipt is valid as a guarantee. Should you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service before returning the goods, via webshop@stigasports.se.


Personal information and cookies

When you visit our website, we will save some of your personal information to complete your purchase. You have the right to request access to your data, and if any information is incorrect, you may have it changed or deleted. STIGA Sports may also use cookies, for example, to enhance your experience of this website. You can read more about how we use personal information and cookies here.


Product information

STIGA Sports has the right to change prices, charge extra costs and change product information without prior notice. Product images and other information aim to reflect the product as much as possible. However, we reserve ourselves for any errors that may occur on the web page and can not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the correct appearance of the product. The images should be seen as illustrations only. Image quality may also vary depending on the color settings you have on your computer.


Force majeure

STIGA Sports shall be exempt from liability and other penalties caused by circumstances beyond the control of STIGA Sports. Such circumstances include government intervention, new / amended legislation, war, fires, floods, work interruptions, prohibition, restrictions, tampering, bad transport and weather conditions, non-delivery from suppliers, or STIGA Sports or its partners would be exposed for criminal activity.


User-generated content

Our webpage may include user-generated content from, for example, social media. STIGA Sports accepts no legal responsibility for such material. In case you suspect a copyright infringement, or infringement of any other right, or for any reason may be violated by content posted on the website, please contact our customer service.


Reviews

By posting reviews on products at stigatabletennis.com, you also give STIGA Sports the right to publish them at stigatabletennis.com as well as in other channels and media. STIGA Sports reserves the right not to publish or remove posted reviews.


Ownership

All products remain STIGA Sports' property until full payment is paid.


Fraud

All fraud cases are reported to the police. STIGA Sports reserves the right to cancel a purchase in case of suspicion of a crime.


Termination

STIGA Sports reserves the right to terminate your account and your use of the website at your sole discretion. For example, if STIGA Sports suspects you have violated these terms and conditions. Such termination may be made without prior notice.


Holders of rights

Intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, at www.stigatabletennis.com, belonging to STIGA Sports may not be used for commercial purposes without permission from STIGA Sports. Any use of www.stigatabletennis.com or its contents, including copying or storage of such content in whole or in part thereof, other than for your personal non-commercial use, is prohibited without permission from STIGA Sports. This website is exclusively owned by STIGA Sports. All material contained on this website is reserved for STIGA Sports.


Changes

STIGA Sports may review these terms and conditions from time to time. Each time you purchase a product from us, the terms and conditions will apply to the contract between you and STIGA Sports. Therefore, you should regularly visit this site to stay up to date on the content of our terms and conditions.


Complaint

Complaints or comments regarding STIGA Sports services or products should be notified to STIGA Sports Customer Service by e-mail webshop@stigasports.se or telephone 016-16 26 00.
